Nasal Strip Usage

Do not use Active+ Nasal Strips if:

• You have damaged, irritated, sunburnt, or broken skin on or around the nose.
• You experience an allergic reaction to adhesives or similar skin-contact products.
• You have recently undergone nasal surgery unless approved by your healthcare provider.
• You have a medical condition that may be aggravated by use of adhesive nasal strips without consulting a healthcare professional.

If irritation, discomfort, redness, rash, or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

Active+ Nasal Strips are intended for single use only and should be discarded after use.

Statements regarding Active+ products have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

ORDERS

PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Products will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are subject to product availability.

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, we reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if:

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

Where an order is cancelled, you will be offered a refund, store credit, or backorder option where available.

 

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, and circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Active+ Co is not responsible for any resulting loss or delay.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Ownership of products remains with Active+ Co until full payment has been received.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene reasons, opened nasal strip packs cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
