We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened nasal strip packs.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately after receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
